Hey guys!
So I was just on google when I came across a seriously scary creepy pasta. Hence the name creepy pasta.
If you want to read this from the girl’s point of view, here’s the link to the actual site. When I read this creepy pasta my eyes were wide open by the end. I was so scared that this was real. I gathered up my courage (which wasn’t much at the time) and searched up this website. I was so shocked when it came up. But, thankfully, this site is nothing like the site on the creepy pasta. Since I have checked the actual site, I’m 100% sure that this story is fake. I just wanted to put that out there. Just in case the site’s owners came poking around here and were like,“How dare she undermine our site?” This creepy pasta is definitely not about this site. Now, without further ado, let’s get started:
One day, there was this girl, who was just messing around on her computer at school. So, there were these links on the side of her school’s homepage that led to different class websites. And one of the sites was ‘www.findagrave.com.” Now the girl was really confused because she wan’t doing a family tree or ancestry project in any of her classes. And she (obviously) clicked on it.
The site was quite simple. White page with a search box. And above the search box, it said,“Search 87 Million grave records.” So, she searched up names of dead people. Their biographies and info popped up. But the strangest thing was that there was a picture of their gravestone as well. Who goes around taking pictures of gravestones? But when the class ended, she made her way through the school day without thinking about this site.
When she got home, she told her mother about it. Her mother laughed it off, saying it was silly and strange. But the girl still felt uneasy. She logged onto the site and search up names of famous dead people like, Kurt Cobain. There was a feature where you could leave virtual flowers which she thought was very nice. But she was still very uneasy.
Late into the night, she searched names. First famous dead people. Then famous alive people, wondering if there were any people who died with the same name as them. Then people she knew. And then she typed her own name.
That was an awful idea.
A smile grew across her face as she read through the results. She clicked all four results, looking at where they were from and when they died. The more she read, the more scared she got. The dead people who had the same names as her were in states surrounding her own. The dates got more and more recent.
Clicking the back button, it said,“Showing 4 of 5 results”. She wondered how she had missed one. She could have sworn she went through all of them. She scrolled to the newest entry and clicked on it. It said the girl’s birthdate. And the death date was the very next day.
But instead of the picture of the gravestone, it had a picture of the girl. It looked like it was taken from the computer as she stared into the camera/computer in her pajamas. And there was someone standing behind her.
It was 11:59, just before midnight…
